Golf Course

The Oaks is a par-72 championship golf course. Designed by Rene Muylaert, it was built on the sandy banks and bluffs above the Thames River near Delaware, Ontario. Its 150 acres occupy an ideal setting for golf, offering unusually mixed topography with excellent grass-growing conditions. The upper nine holes recall a traditional links-style course with open, contoured fairways drawn by deeply grassed rough and waste bunkers. As you enter the lower valley coming home, the look changes dramatically. The fairways level out to a more traditional-style course as mature stands of oak trees challenge your abilities. Water also becomes a factor as the inward nine holes features six holes with large, spring-fed ponds.
